The first thing I want to do is to bring you up to speed on who we are and what we do. Let me begin by telling you that Carolina Cookie Company does basically two things. One, we are a Catalog Company and we do all of the normal things that a catalog company does…sending our gourmet cookies to folks all over the world. Whether its family, friends or business associates, we send cookies to anyone for any occasion. By looking through our site you will obviously be aware that we do a wide variety of Gift Programs for Business as well as Personal use.

The second part of our Company is a Business-to-Business Promotional Division that specializes in working with business folks who want to find effective and unique ways to build and/or maintain business relationships. Our business building program packages are very specific target-focused programs designed to help business people reach out to their customers and clients in ways that will clearly separate them from the competition. Some of the programs we offer are pretty simple and some are pretty sophisticated. Among the many programs we offer clients, these are but a few:

Simply put, we offer businesses a variety of programs to help them build better business relationships with their customer base. I believe our services have been so well received for over ten years not only because of the obvious quality of the product but because our attitude about what we do is identical to our customers. That these sort of programs are serious business expenses and directly or indirectly, these programs should be making money for a company…or they should not be used.

There is always a human-emotional side to every purchasing decision (and every business relationship) and we have developed a variety of programs to address specific ways to impact that area. We are looking for Sales Representatives who can take a specific geographic territory and develop that area by selling our group of products and services to business clients.


What are we looking for in a Sales Representative?
We're looking for someone who has proven sales experience calling on businesses or someone who has the type of outgoing positive personality that we can train.
This is not a get rich quick scheme. Like any sales position selling any type of product you "kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince." Our product is, however, the type that gets you in the door a lot quicker than you may think.
We are not interested in anyone who is not willing to give our programs at least a year of consistent sales calls.
You are paid on a commission basis with ongoing residuals paid to you as long as you are actively calling on clients. We require you to sign a non-compete confidentially agreement as well as to provide us with weekly activity reports of your sales efforts.
We would hope that you are interested in doing something like this for two reasons. One, because you want to earn some extra money and two…that you are the kind of person who deeply cares about the quality of the product you are selling…that like all people of good character…what you sell and how you sell it is a statement about you!
Our programs work best when you do not have the financial pressure of needing to make a lot of money right away…i.e. the best scenarios are when a spouse makes enough money that you can focus on doing this as your time and energy allows…or if you are currently successfully selling a noncompetitive product and can just add this to your existing line of products.
How much can you make doing this…it depends on you! My personal experiences of doing this (and seeing it done) are that you can make as much as you want, depending on your level of professionalism, your ability to manage your time and your individual level of discipline and commitment. If you understand the fundamental historical perspective behind the phrase…believing in the benefits of the Protestant work ethic…you understand what kind of person we are looking for.
I can guarantee you that you will never sell a product that you will be more proud of than our group of products and services. From a sales perspective, it's a wonderful thing when they start calling you…instead of you calling them…and we're looking for a person who won't let that scenario cause them to lose their initiative and drive.
